The only way to let all users have access to submissions is via the ConfTool agenda.
Therefore, please use the ConfTool scheduling feature.
Please go to:
Overview => Conference Program SchedulingHere you can create sessions and then assign the accepted submissions to these sessions.
The submissions can also show abstracts and downloads.
