Can we use ConfTool Pro for the scheduling of meetings of the organizing team or the program committee?

We would like to schedule some meetings with the people involved in the organization as well as the review process in preparation for the conference. Can ConfTool be used for this purpose?

ConfTool Pro does not provide a scheduling feature. We would therefore like to refer to online scheduling tools provided by external suppliers. Aside from well-known online calendars like Doodle and Xoyondo, which do not sell data to third parties, but may allow access to it,  many organizations provide their tool without commercial interests and follow the GDPR directives. We have selected some non-commercial online planners for you:

Furthermore, there are many commercial providers that consider the GDPR and offer their services free of charge for a certain scope of services and offer more powerful options as a paid solution. These include:
