ConfTool Pro has many export functions, so please always check first if you can find a corresponding export on the page:
Overview => Data Import and Export => Export Data
Please enable the expert settings in the navigation bar at the bottom of the page (see image 1), as this gives you access to several additional export options. You can now for instance access exports of session rooms and session times (see image 2).
If no appropriate export is available, you can usually easily copy the data directly from the corresponding setting page when you access the function to change the order of items.
For instance, if you want to export all topics, please go to:
Overview => Settings => Manage Topics
…and click on the button “Change Order of Topics” (see image 3).
On the next page, you can select all topics (see image 4) with your mouse. Press CTRL-C to copy the selected area and then paste the copied topics into Word, Excel or any program of your choice.
This method can for instance be used on the pages to manage Topics, Topic Groups (if enabled), Submission Types / Conference Tracks, Submission Formats (if enabled), Keywords (if enabled), Event/Item Groups, Events/Items and some more.
