If you don’t want to show specific session times in the conference agenda, you can define an
alternative time display for each session period according to your needs.
Please go to:
Overview => Scheduling => Time Periods for Sessions Then activate the
expert settings by clicking on "Expert settings disabled" or on the cogwheel icon on the bottom of the page.
Now, please edit an existing time period or create a new period and define date and time as usual. Please use the field
“Alternative Time Display” to enter an
alternative title for the time of the selected session period (see image 1). It will be shown in the conference agenda instead of the specific time. Please note: Dates will still be shown, just the times will be replaced (see image 2 and 3).
Finally click on the button "Save Session Times" to submit your settings.
