Yes, you can allow users to create a personal agenda, based on the ConfTool conference agenda of your event.
To enable this function please go to:
Overview => Scheduling => Main Settings for Conference Session Overview
… and scroll down to "’My Agenda’: Allow Users to Create a Personal Agenda”.
Here you can find options to permit all either users, or only all participants, or even only participants without outstanding payments to create a personal agenda (see image 1).
If you want to disable the selection of sessions for the agenda (for instance for coffee breaks) or if you want to define a maximum number of attendees for each session please go to:
Overview => Scheduling => Create, Configure and Delete Sessions
… and click on edit session (image 2).
Now you can select a capacity limit or disable the session for the personal agenda (image 3).
Users or participants can open the page "Conference Agenda" to compile their personal agenda.
When they click on the plus icon of the session the session will be added to their agenda and the icon will be replaced by a check mark (image 4).
By clicking on the check mark, the session will be removed from the personal agenda again.
Organizers of the event can get an overview of the attendance for each session on the page:
Overview => Scheduling => Create, Configure and Delete Sessions
The row ‘Attendees / Limit’ shows the required information.
If you want to see the sessions selected by one participant, please use the corresponding filter (see image 5).
Moreover you can get an overview of all users who have already added sessions to their personal agenda. Please go to:
Overview => Scheduling => Attendees of a Conference Session
You can also filter this list by session in order to see which person has selected which session (see image 6).
