Fix the order of sessions within one time period of the conference agenda

After editing the conference program schedule it seems that the sessions in one period are not shown in the correct numerical order. For example, the sessions should be sorted by numbers / digits 8, 9 and 10, but sessions 10 and 11 appear after 1 and prior to sessions 2, 3, 4..., 8 and 9.

What has to be done to show the sessions in correct order?

To avoid an incorrect order of the sessions please add for single-digit numbers a second space character (e.g. " 8" instead of "8") or a leading zero (e.g. "08" instead of "8") in front of the number.

Please go to
Overview => Conference Program Scheduling => Create, Configure and Delete Sessions

Select the respective session from the list by clicking on the title and click on the link "Edit Session".

You can now bring the sessions in the right order by updating the „Short Title“ (e.g. from SES-8 to SES-08) (see screenshot).

In some cases you might prefer to order the sessions by session room instead of the name of the session.
In that case please go to
Overview => Conference Program Scheduling => Main Settings for Conference Session Overview
and change the setting "Order of Sessions in One Period" from "Short Title" to "Session Location/Venue" (see screenshot 1).

You can then go to
Overview => Conference Program Scheduling => Locations for Conference Sessions
and define the order of the sessions preferred by you by changing the order of the locations/venues (see screenshot 2).
