Saving, sending and printing of invoices
Topic: Saving, sending and printing of invoices
As an administrator sometimes participants contact me because they don't know how to print their invoices or they need their invoice as a file for the records.
Other participants need a slightly modified invoice.
What can we do to help them?
There are several options depending on the amount of invoices, file format, and transmission method:
In case you need to print or save a
single invoice
please go to
Overview => User and Participant Management => List of All Registrations for Participation
Go to the participant's record and click on the date in row “Total Amount – Invoice” (see Image 1), the required invoice will be displayed with the
command "Print Page(s)”
at the top of the page (Image 2). Please use the dialogue box of the browser to choose a printer.
If you want to create a PDF file from the invoice, please also use the print function from your browser and a PDF printer driver (see below).
If the participant needs a
modified version of the invoice
please click on the
download icon
in the right top corner instead (see Image 2) and save the file to your local hard drive. You can now
edit the file in MS Word
and then print it or send the participant a PDF document.
If you need to
print all invoices
please go to
Overview => User and Participant Management => Bulk Printing of Invoices
Furthermore you have the option to
provide the link
where the invoice is available to the participant without login. Please go to
Overview => User and Participant Management => List of All Registrations for Participation
Access the registration details of the participant and then copy the link address of the “Direct Link to Invoice and Registration Confirmation” (see Image 3) and send this address to the participant.
