How can I change the order of events and event groups?

We want to change the order of event groups and events on the participant registration form.

Event/item groups and events/items are shown in the chronological order in which they were defined.
However, in ConfTool Pro you can quite easily change the order of how they are displayed.

For event/item groups, please go to this page:
Overview => Settings => Manage Event/Item Groups
Click on the button "Change Order of Event/Item Groups" and then use drag and drop to change the order of the items (see image).

For events/items, please go to this page:
Overview => Settings => Manage Events and Items
Click on the button "Change Order of Events/Items" and then use drag and drop to change the order of the items.

If you want to re-assign an event/item to another group you have to edit this event/item and change the corresponding group:
Overview => Settings => Manage Events and Items => Edit Event/Item
Go to the option "Event/Item Group" and choose a new event/item group.

For the standard version VSIS ConfTool please go to this page:
Overview => Settings
... and continue to the bottom of the page to the section "Settings for the Participant Management of ConfTool".

• For event/item groups click on the link "Change Order of Event/Item Groups" to re-arrange them.
• For events/items click on the link "Order of Events and Items" to re-arrange them.

You define the order by entering numbers in the text fields.
The items will be displayed in the order of these numbers, so the item with the lowest number will be shown first and the one given the highest number will be shown as last one.
