The second option is to
enter a credit for the corresponding events.
Use this option if the persons have already registered themselves or payments have already been made.
Please be aware that your ConfTool installation comes in one of two modes:

Enter a Credit in MODE AOpen the list of all participants here:
Overview => User and Participant Management => List of All Registrations for ParticipationSelect the corresponding participant and choose “Edit Registration” in the right column (see image 1).
In the section “Extra Fee or Credit (only visible to admins and assistants)”
enter the credit as a negative value.
Don’t forget to choose the correct VAT rate (see image 2).
Enter a Credit in MODE BPlease
edit the corresponding transaction for the participants who you want to invite to single events free of charge:
Overview => User and Participant Management => List of Transactions (Invoices) Search for the transaction, e.g. by entering the user's name, and in the column "Action" click on "Edit Transaction".
You can now either enter a
100% discount for the event or scroll down to the section "
Extra Fee or Credit" and enter a corresponding
negative amount to compensate the fee for the event.
Don’t forget to choose the correct VAT rate (see image 3).
