How to remove uploaded files

During the assignment process of the submissions to reviewers, we have found out that several uploaded papers do not adhere to our standards, and names and organizations of the authors are visible. We want to remove the uploaded files with these pieces of information as soon as possible and don’t want to wait until the authors have uploaded revised, anonymized papers.

How can we delete single uploads without withdrawing the submission as a whole?

In order to remove and delete uploaded files, please go to the list of submissions:

Overview => Submissions & Reviews => List of Submissions

For the corresponding contribution, in the right-hand column “Actions”, click on "Upload" (see screenshot 1).

On the next screen, click on the red button “Remove Uploaded File” to delete the file that has been uploaded for this contribution (see screenshot 2).
