Review results are not displayed to authors

Why are the review results not displayed to the authors?
What has be done to show the evaluation results to the authors?

Please check the following settings:

• Did you enable the corresponding phase in "Phases and Deadlines" called "Results of the Reviewing Procedures Are Accessible to Authors"?
  Overview => Settings => Conference Phases and Deadlines
• Please check if you set an alternative publication date of review results for any of the conference tracks / contribution types via the option "Alternative Date to Show Authors the Results of the Reviewing Procedure".
  Overview => Settings => Conference Phases and Deadlines (overview of deadlines)
  Overview => Settings => Manage Submission Types / Conference Tracks (change setting)
• Please note that authors can only access the results if a decision has been made, i.e., the acceptance status is not "on hold" any more.
  Overview => Submissions & Reviews => Results of the Reviewing Procedure & Decision About Acceptance
• Please double check if the review results are enabled for the corresponding acceptance statuses (enabled by default for all statuses, except "On Hold").
  Please go to:
  Overview => Settings => Manage Acceptance Status
  ... and check the setting for the option "Show Results".
  Please note that you can also display the results for the status “On Hold” if required.
  
• Please verify if the review results are enabled for the corresponding tracks / contribution types.
  Please go to:
  Overview => Settings => Manage Submission Types / Conference Track
  ... and in the section "Review Options" check the setting for the option "Review Results". It is enabled by default.
