Topic: Uploaded submission files not displayed in agenda

Why are the uploaded files not displayed on the conference agenda pages?

Please check  the following settings:
  • For each conference track / submission type you can define separately whether uploads shall be available.
    Overview  => Settings  => Manage Submission Types / Conference Tracks
    Scroll down to the section "Upload Settings for This Submission Type / Track" or "Settings for Final Uploads" (depending on which uploads you want to be accesible) and continue to the subsection "Download Settings".
    Here you can set the options "Accessibility of File X" to "Yes" (see image 1).
  • For each session you can enable and disable the access to the entered abstracts and the uploaded files.
    Overview  => Scheduling => Create and Modify Sessions
    Go to “Conference Programme Scheduling” and “Create, Configure and Delete Sessions” and edit the session.
    For the option "Can the Contributions Be Downloaded?" choose a setting that best fits your requirements (see image 2).
