The 2025 Buildings XVI International Conference to be held in Clearwater Beach FL on 8 - 11 December 2025 at the newly renovated Sheraton Sand Key Resort. The conference is co-organized by ASHRAE and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
The conference includes three tracks focused on Principles (research and development), Practices (applications and case studies), and Residential Buildings.
Full papers and extended abstracts (Posters Only) are due by April 1, 2025.
Please submit your completed full paper and sign the Agreement to Publish form by Tuesday, April 1 so that its technical peer review can begin.
To upload, you will click select the Full Paper link or Poster (only those who were accepted as Poster presentations). Next to your submission, you will see a yellow link labeled “Final Upload.” You will upload your paper and agreement to publish form.
